1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bub88 platform located at https://bub88.io (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with bub88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

bub88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification. It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on bub88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity. bub88 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21, forfeiting any remaining balance.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.

During registration, bub88 may require you to provide identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bub88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bub88 account and not reuse it across other services.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bub88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bub88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials. All activity conducted through a Player's account — regardless of whether it was authorised by the account holder — is the responsibility of the registered account holder.

bub88 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation if unusual activity, a security breach, or suspected identity fraud is detected. During any such investigation, the Player's funds will be held securely and will not be processed for withdrawal until the investigation is concluded.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the bub88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to bub88's verification requirements. 5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bub88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover requirements"). The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for immediate withdrawal. Only winnings generated after wagering requirements are met, and any remaining bonus balance at that point, are transferable to the main wallet.

• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available only to new registered players and may be claimed once per person, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonus offers have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bub88 Platform:

Sportsbook: All sports bets placed on bub88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules govern outcomes in the event of match postponements, abandonments, player withdrawals, and other unforeseen events. • Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one bub88 account per person for any purpose, including to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent a previous account suspension.

8 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit bub88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bub88 Platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bub88's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
